Brand Guidelines
Business cards are printed on an as-needed basis. If these are not needed for day to day use, do not produce them.
Ontario business cards are entirely in English, and Quebec business cards are in French, except for position titles as bilingual on two lines. This format must not be altered.
Content on all business cards should follow the included template: nothing should be added or removed.
Size: Standard 3.5” x 2”

The pocket folder is printed as needed and designed to organize and hold documents, typically featuring two pockets on the inside cover.
The right pocket includes a business card slot for added convenience. These pocket folders are intended for customer use and the designed must not be altered.
These pocket folder comes in english and french, choose the required one based on your location in Ontario and Quebec.

Envelopes are printed on an as-needed basis. They are available in standard window, no-window, and large envelope versions.
Ontario envelopes are in English, while Quebec envelopes are in French. Each location has the option to order using their branch address. This format must not be altered.
The content on all envelopes should follow the included template: nothing should be added or removed.

Collateral is printed on an as-needed basis, with all items also available for download as digital replicas of the print materials.
The format must not be altered, with adjustments made only on an as-needed basis to reflect continuous developments and updates.

Authorized equipment operation materials include the two forklift mast stickers, the LDI and OM Record stickers, Alta Rents decals and the QC Hanger Tags.
These materials are designed to serve specific purposes and only these authorized stickers should be applied to the equipment. All stickers are made of durable, waterproof poly label material and self laminating where applicable, making them suitable for various conditions.
When marking on these stickers, it is recommended to use a permanent marker to ensure the writing withstands power washing and seal with the self laminating gloss where applicable. These materials must not be altered in any way, including resizing, modifying, or adding unauthorized elements.
